Hsiao dog (Butterscotch)1, 2018
acrylic markers on paper,
11” x 14” (20” x 16” frame)
I like drawing with thick marker pens because I can’t erase them or get too precious or detailed. I often draw as a warm up exercise to painting. Sometimes I draw several versions from the same reference photograph as I did with Butterscotch here.
